After placing your order, we will be in touch if we need clarification on table names/plan. You will be sent a digital proof to check and approve before your wedding table plan is printed and finally dispatched, lead times are explained here.

Do you put surnames on a wedding table plan?

Absolutely! When it comes to wedding table plans, we believe in providing clear and concise information. That’s why we usually advise putting full names (first and surnames) on the table plan. This approach helps your guests quickly locate their names and avoids any confusion with duplicate names. However, if you prefer a more informal touch and want to stick to first names only, that’s perfectly fine too. After all, it’s your special day, and your preferences matter most.

Do you put a top table on the wedding seating plan?

The choice is entirely yours! If a top table doesn’t align with your vision, feel free to skip it. We believe in empowering you to make decisions that reflect your desires. The table plan serves as a helpful guide for your guests, ensuring they find their seats effortlessly. Traditionally, a top table consists of the parents, newlyweds, maid of honour, and best man. However, there are no hard and fast rules to follow. So, if you’d rather be front and centre, surrounded by all your amazing guests, go ahead and embrace that uniqueness!

How to create a wedding table plan?

Planning your wedding table arrangement has never been easier! We offer a fantastic and FREE table plan spreadsheet that you can download and use as the foundation for your seating design. Once you’ve completed the spreadsheet, simply send it back to us, and our team will transform it into a beautiful visual representation. Additionally, this spreadsheet serves as a convenient way to provide us with personalisation details for your table place cards. We strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on the joy of your upcoming celebration.

What size are wedding table plans?

The size of your wedding table plan depends on the scale of your guest list and the layout you envision. For a smaller gathering of approximately 40 people, with four tables of ten guests each, we recommend an A2-sized plan. This size fits perfectly and provides ample space for clear visibility. On the other hand, if you have a larger gathering of around 80 people, with eight tables of ten guests each, we suggest opting for an A1-sized plan. This larger size ensures that everyone can easily locate their seats and enjoy the festivities without any confusion.

With our enthusiastic and friendly approach, we are dedicated to helping you create a wedding table plan that is not only concise but also passionately compelling. Let us join you on this exciting journey and bring your seating arrangements to life. Contact us today to make your wedding day an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
